We believe The Estates at Tanoan represents one of the finest neighborhoods in Albuquerque with a great scenic view and convenient access to the city. It is the sincere desire of the Homeowners’ Association to maintain the quality of our neighborhood for the benefit of all the owners.

There are many examples of what makes the neighborhood great. We employ a security service and have security equipment throughout the subdivision for added safety and security. Residents have access to the TxtAlert service to send and receive immediate notification of problems in the neighborhood. The landscaping at the entrance to the Estates and in the common areas are maintained by the Association -- our common area has been designated a “residential park” by the City. We work closely with our City Councilor and the City of Albuquerque to address neighborhood issues, nearby developments, and the community at large.

We ask you to please be mindful of the covenants. We believe the covenants which we all subscribe to will assure pride of ownership and preserve the value of our investments in our homes. Our Architectural Control Committee works with every resident to assure that planned improvements will be in compliance with the restrictive covenants.
